GROTECH Production Ltd is delighted to have been shortlisted in the British Contract Manufacturers and Packers Association annual awards in the Co-Pack & Fulfilment Company of the Year category.
To get this far Grotech Production Ltd. had to demonstrate how our forward-thinking strategy is paying off, Production Excellence, Financial Improvement and Exemplary Customer Service.
It’s a tough call, but entering the BCMPA awards gave us the opportunity to analyse how our five year strategy was being implemented and paying off, provide us with checks and balances that we were maintaining our commitment to customer service and that standards in the factory were consistent and being improved upon.
We obviously impressed the judges with our strategy of investing in training new staff and our apprenticeship programme, as highlighted by our membership of the 5 per cent club, our investment in bespoke IT on the production line to monitor performance and improve efficiencies and our commitment to becoming greener by reducing, recycling and reusing more of our waste.
The winners will be announced at a glittering dinner in London on November 7, but in the meantime, we’re delighted to have been shortlisted.
